About the role

Management of building science projects and related projects within Chubb Risk Consulting’s client service network, with primary focus on the NY Metro region

Responsibilities

  • Management of building science projects and related projects within Chubb Risk Consulting’s client service network
  • Budgeting, project planning, scope of work development, proposal preparation, project scheduling and coordination
  • Coordination of subcontractors and vendors, interfacing with analytical laboratory, bid solicitation and procurement, tracking of project progress
  • Maintenance of project schedules and budgets, preparation of technical reports and other work product in accordance with client and regulatory requirements
  • Data management, quality control, invoicing
  • Demonstrate measurement of work product quality
  • Oversee work product quality of internal parties and affiliates and adherence to account service instructions by all stakeholders
  • Manage work product deliverable schedule and work product retention per Chubb Risk Consulting Policy
  • Coordinate with compliance team to prepare and submit renewal applications for firm’s technical licenses
  • Management of building science technical resources (i.e. MS Teams)
  • Participate in the management of team’s process enhancements
  • Provide technical consultation to and collaborate with Sales and Client Service Team in support of new and/or expanding projects
  • Perform quality review of work products, including product prepared by both internal and affiliate resources
  • Client assessments to support team or client request

Requirements

  • Valid NYS and NYC Asbestos certifications
  • NY Mold Assessor, Lead certifications, and PA asbestos/lead licenses
  • 10 years of verifiable experience in managing complex asbestos, lead, and mold assessment and remediation management projects in the New York, NJ, and PA
  • Sponsorship, now or in the future, is not available for this role
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the U.S. without need for current or future employment-based sponsorship
